Zillertal (600m - 3250m)

In the popular destination of the Zillertal you find a couple of graet ski areas: Mayrhofen - Penken / Maple / Rastkogel / Eggalm (136 km of slopes, 630-2500 m), and at the junction to the Gelospass the Zillertal Arena - Zell / Gerlos / Koenigsleiten / Hochkrimml (143 km of slopes, 580 to 2,500 m above sea level). In the Tux Valley the glacier ensures the quality of snow and a good snow coverage. Enjoy a maximum of ski pleasure on these panoramic slopes; the top of the slopes is at 3250 m At the entry of the Ziller Valley the resort of Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal / Hochfügen offers 83 km of slopes and 5 km of ski slopes. It has ultramodern lifts and a first class gastronomy in the mountain restaurants, with very cozy and charming "huetten". The lifts go up to 2377 meters, the beautiful sector of Marchkopf is located in the heart of the area. There are many large and wide descentes, in addition to sports routes, eg. on the Wedel Express and the Topjet. The panorama of the Tux and Zillertal Alps is impressive. The Zillertal Arena offers a number of great, well-developed, interconnected cirques: Mayrhofen - Penken / Ahorn / Rastkogel / Eggalm (136 km of slopes, 630 to 2,500 m altitude), the Zillertal Arena starts at the branch to the Gelospaß - Zell am Ziller / Gerlos / Königsleiten / Hochkrimml (143 km of slopes, 580 to 2,500 m altitude). In the Tux Valley, the glacier in Tux ensures snow safety and high-alpine fun on the slopes up to 3,250 m.

At the entrance to the Zillertal, the Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal / Hochfügen ski area offers 83 km of slopes and 5 km of ski routes. It boasts state-of-the-art lifts and first class ski lodging, with several award-winning cabins. The lifts reach up to 2,377 meters above sea level, the beautiful Skiarlope Marchkopf is the link to the perfect ski circuit. Many pistes are wide and obstacle-less, besides there are also sporty demanding routes, e.g. on the Wedel Express and the Topjet. Impressive is the panorama of the Tux and Zillertal Alps.
