Sölden (1350m - 3340m)

Sölden in the Ötztal (Austria) is one of the most famous ski areas in the Tyrol. Thanks to two glaciers you can normaly ski from October to May. The area is suitable also for sportive skiing enthusiasts. Directly from the village you reach the Gaislachkogel, 3,058 m altitude. The Alpine Ski World Cup has started the winter season on the Sölden Rettenbach glacier in October several times. A great viewing platform offers spectacular views over the snowy Ötztal Alps.
