Chalet Bergfreude Zillertal

Enjoy your holiday in one of the two luxurious wellness apartments in Ski in - Ski out location with outdoor whirlpool, sauna, gas fireplace and free wifi. The chalet is located directly in the ski area Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal / Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) above the centre of Kaltenbach, on the snow-covered and prepared valley run. The piste leads to the valley station of the Hochzillertal cable cars.

The modern apartment house extends over 3 floors and is luxuriously furnished. From the parking lot you have direct access to the ski room with boot dryer, washing machine and dryer (shared use Apt. 1 + 2). Apartment 1 is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate max. 8 adults and 2 children; apartment 2 extends over the 2nd and 3rd floor and can accommodate max. 10 adults and 2 children.
All bedrooms with own flatscreen TV and 5 bedrooms with ensuite shower-bathrooms with hairdryer. Each apartment has a private sauna (apt. 1 with separate shower bath/WC) and a spacious and bright living and dining area. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, invites to social cooking evenings. The equipment includes the Nespresso Pro coffee maker (incl. first equipment capsules) as well as a selection of bioteaque tea blends. The wine climate control cabinet offers a selection of selected wines, sparkling wines and special strong beers (for a fee). After an active day of skiing you can make yourself perfectly comfortable in the living area with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV by the gas fireplace. From the living area you have direct access to the large covered balcony terrace with outdoor whirlpool and wellness loungers. Bathrobes, bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishwashing tabs and detergent are provided free of charge (1x per week). 1 x intermediate cleaning from 7 days stay.

The two apartments can also be rented together for max. 18 adults and 2 children (subject to availability).

On request, the following services can be offered - by external partners - (not included in Alpine chalets): breakfast service, food delivery à la carte (catering), daily cleaning of the chalet.

The prices are valid for an occupancy with 10 adults (apt. 1) or 12 adults (apt. 2).

Ski Info
Height Chalet ~900 m, ski area up to 2.378 m. Directly at the groomed ski slope. Ski bus stop ~400 m (free of charge). Distance to the valley station of the cable car Hochzillertal ~2km. Two modern gondolas lead up to the ski area Kaltenbach - Hochzillertal/Hochfügen (SKi-optimal) with 85.6 km of slopes, 5.1 km of ski routes and 36 lifts. Skiing at the highest level with slopes of all levels of difficulty. Pleasure skiers get their money's worth thanks to the excellent gastronomy.

Summer information
The apartments each have a large covered balcony terrace with outdoor whirlpool and wellness loungers; a large garden with sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, charcoal grill, playground and petting zoo is available for communal use. There are over 800 km of mountain bike routes and cycle paths in the Zillertal. Numerous bathing lakes and swimming pools can be discovered in summer. You can play golf at the Zillertal Golf Club on the 18-hole championship course (65 hectares). Free use of the regional bus.
In summer a stay of 3 nights or more is possible.
