Chalet Balcon du Paradis is a luxury chalet with an open fireplace, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi (included in the rental fare) and free WiFi. The chalet is located near the Lonzagne lift, right in the heart of the ski area of Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski. It is built in the traditional, charming natural stone & wood style. There are 7 bedrooms available on three floors. Upstairs is the cosy, light-filled living and dining room with large panoramic windows. The roof beams are visible in the living area/at the fireplace seating area. Very well-equipped open kitchen with bar stools and stone columns – elements that are a typical regional architectural style. Additional sitting area on the mezzanine that can be used as a reading area, with sofa and SAT-TV. The single beds have the dimensions 200 cm x 90 cm, the double beds 200 x 160 cm.

An outdoor sauna provides relaxation. This private sauna is located next to the jacuzzi (4 pers.) and includes a sauna cabin for about 5 people and an additional shower.

Panoramic hillside location at the top of the traditional mountain village. Distance to the Lonzagne lift about 350 m walk or 450 m by car, with free parking at the lift. Freeride skiing back to the chalet (no ski slope, not marked or prepared, use at your own risk). After the day's skiing, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the charming mountain village of Peisey (~ 600 m away) with several typical restaurants, rustic après-ski pub, grocery store, bakery, butchery. An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in a mega-ski resort - living on the edge of the grown and cosy mountain village with a high quality of life.

Altitude chalet: 1.350 m, ski area up to 3.250 m, with two glaciers: Aiguille Rouge in the Les Arcs area and Bellecôte in the sector of La Plagne. Peisey-Vallandry is situated right in the heart of the vast ski area of Paradiski, composed by Peisey, Les Arcs and La Plagne, with 425 km of alpine slopes and 140 ski lifts. So, it's the best place to discover this major ski spot of the Alps. Freeride skiing back to the chalet is possible in case of good snow conditions (no marked or prepared ski run; use at own risk). You find great freeride descents at the Grand Col, around Arc 2000 and at the legendary Bellecote Noth face (with ski guide; no marked or prepared runs; use at own risk), but also easy and long family rides around Peisey and specially equipped sectors for children. The ski school ESF is located just a few steps from the top station of the Lonzagne-lift in Plan-Peisey. Sports shops with ski rental. The Nordic ski centre of the valley is located at Nancroix; you get there by the free shuttle bus.
