Comfortable two-storey chalet with flair and charm in a sunny panoramic location, with an open fireplace and free WiFi.
This chalet has a generous, spacious layout:
On the first floor there is a living room with sofas, open fireplace and dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Access to the large terrace. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (washbasin/shower) as well as a double bedroom. Another bathroom (washbasin/bathtub) and a separate WC are located on the same floor.
The upper floor disposes of 4 more bedrooms: one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (washbasin/shower), one twin bedroom with shower and another twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is a bathroom (washbasin/bathtub) and a separate WC on that floor.
Whether you want to go skiing, shopping, taking a stroll or just enjoy après-ski, you won't need a car. Distance to the village centre (shops, restaurants, pubs, childcare, cinema (French)) approx. 250 m, bakery only approx. 100 m. Distance to the public swimming centre approx. 400 m.

Altitude chalet: 1,250 m, ski area up to 3,250 m, with two glaciers. Champagny is part of the enormous Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts. From Champagny you get in 7 minutes by an express cable car on 2,000 m altitude and you reach the glacier section by high speed chair lifts. Great 10 km run from “Roche de Mio” back to the village-resort of Champagny, with 1,500 m vertical drop.
Summer Info
The chalet has an electric barbecue.
There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer, your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the open air pool. Highlight of your holiday will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
In summer, there are no additional costs for electricity + heating (May - November).

- Free ski pass for arrivals 3.1., 10.1., 21.3., 28.3., 4.4. + 11.4.2026: buy 4 ski passes Paradiski and you will get the 5th for free (when buying different ski pass types, the cheapest one is free, no combination with 40 EUR discount); only for guests of Alpenchalets.
- Family ski passes are only valid for 2 persons (13-74 years) and two or more 5-17-year-old children, same ski area and same duration.
- The ski pass Paradiski 6 days and more is also valid as a 1/2 day skipass in the afternoon before the skipass starts.

- One ski pass booking (total invoice) is possible per accommodation booking.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment of ski passes by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before departure or immediately in case of short-term bookings (no deposit).
Approx. 1 week before arrival you will receive your ski pass coupon to be presented at the lift cash desk via e-mail.
- The order of ski passes can be cancelled or changed free of charge until Tuesday before arrival.
