Comfortable, charming chalet with sauna, open fireplace and free WiFi. You walk only ~150 m to the cable car and alpine slopes, ski area La Plagne / Paradiski (with Les Arcs), so it's nearly a "ski in, ski out" spot.

Spacious entrance area on the ground floor, where you will also find the sauna, a bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom as well as a separate WC.
On the first floor you can relax in the charming and cosy living-/dining area with open fire place; from this level you have access to the open mezzanine (double sofa-bed) and to the balcony with panoramic views. Also on this floor is another bathroom, a separate WC, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds.
On the top floor is a bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) a bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds.
The chalet is situated at the upper part of the village with a great panoramic view. To the centre of the cosy mountain village of Champagny ~150 m. There you find all essential touristic facilities, such as shops, restaurants, supermarket, cheese production outlet, after ski pubs, kindergarten, cinema (French). So you don’t need a car for skiing, shopping and après-ski.

The max. number of persons allowed is 12, even if there are more beds in the chalet.

Ski Information
Chalet Altitude: 1.250 m. Top of the ski slopes 3.250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the enormous Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs through modern express-chairlifts. Ski area open approx. from mid-December until end of April. The ski run to the valley is artificially snowed. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the glacier “Roche de Mio” to the village with more than 1.500 m of difference in altitude. Deep powder snow runs at the Verdons peak. Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area at the mountain station of the cable car (2000 m altitude). Next to the mountain station is the modern “Pic-Nic-Chalet” with sun terrace.

summer activities
The chalet has a garden table and chairs as well as a parasol and a sun lounger. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer, your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the open air pool. Highlight of your holiday will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
Reduced additional costs in summer: 10 € per person/week (from 5 years) for electricity + heating + sauna + firewood.
