Modern, well-equipped villa with pool in a quiet location in Doussard, beautifully situated at the end of Lake Annecy, between the lake and the mountains. The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms on 2 floors.
In summer, the beach at Doussard is only 2 km from the house. The foot and cycle path is 200 metres away. Here you can take lovely walks around the lake. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other three on the first floor. The master suite has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the ground floor is the open-plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with TV and a bedroom (single bed). There is also a WC on this level. You have direct access to the large terrace and the heated outdoor pool. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The terrace has a large garden table and chairs as well as deckchairs, an outdoor barbecue and a boules court. The garden is equipped with a trampoline, a slide and a table tennis table.

Annecy is 19 km away, where you will find shops and restaurants. In summer, Annecy offers activities for all tastes: a romantic town steeped in history, fine cuisine, beautiful shops, water and mountain sports and picturesque villages to discover. Annecy is the centre of French paragliding and a great option for thrill-seekers who want to get a whole new perspective on the city.

It is possible to rent an additional studio connected to the house. It has two beds of 90x200 cm (only on request).
