Great detached mountain chalet in a unique location in the middle of the impressive Dolomites scenery and the Dolomiti Superski area. The chalet features 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 balconies and free Wi-Fi and disposes of 295 m² living space. The chalet is located in the hamlet of Muncion in Val di Fassa, at the entrance to the Vajolet Valley / Catinaccio, in a quiet location surrounded by meadows and forests. There are several entrances to the ski area nearby: the 4-seater Vajolet express chairlift is approx. 5 minutes away by car, which takes you to the family-friendly Pera di Fassa - Ciampedie - Vigo di Fassa sub-area. Pozza - Buffaure is around 10 minutes away by car; the Sella Ronda access point in Campitello is ~12 minutes away by car.

This generous and spacious chalet is attractively furnished. In the bright, friendly dining room on the 2nd floor, 18 people can be comfortably seated at the two dining tables; the window front offers a magnificent view of the Sella mountains. Adjacent sofa seating area and satellite TV. Modern, open-plan kitchen. Access to the large panoramic balcony. There are also two bedrooms on this floor with a view of the Rosengarten massif and a modern, spacious bathroom/WC.
On the ground floor and 1st floor there are a four bedrooms and three bathrooms with WC.
In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom/WC on the ground floor in the right-hand part of the house (right-hand front door; connection via outside area). Above this, on the 1st floor, there is an additional living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen for 6-8 people, with a balcony. There is also another bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
The large ski room with heated ski boot dryer and two garages are located in the basement. There is space for 2-3 cars in front of the garages. There is an additional car park for a small car on the side of the house. Two further private parking spaces are available approx. 100 metres away from the chalet.

The traditional hamlet of Muncion is beautifully situated at the entrance of the Vajolet Valley, approx. 3.5 km away from Pozza di Fassa. The attractive, lively holiday resort has a large selection of typical Trentino restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and bars. Pozza di Fassa also has various shops, including grocery and sports shops, a bank and the modern ‘QC Terme Dolomiti’ spa centre. Muncion / Pozza belongs to the municipality of San Giovanni di Fassa. The sunny mountain region is the starting point for numerous hikes, cycling and mountain bike tours. Other leisure activities include climbing tours, rafting and canoeing. The panorama is breathtaking. Excursions to Val Gardena and the nearby Catinaccio are also very worthwhile. Several spa centres in the Fassa Valley offer relaxation and recreation. The Aquapark Vidor is suitable for the whole family. Beautiful walks and hiking tours are possible in the hidden Val San Nicolò or high up to Lake Antermoia. Horse riding in Campitello, ~7 km; golf course ~16 km.
