Spacious chalet with fireplace and free WiFi in the district of Tines, approx. 4.5 km from the centre of Chamonix. The chalet is spread over 2 floors and offers a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. On the ground floor you will find the cosy and characterful living room with sofas by the stone fireplace and a dining area with large dining table. Access to the south-west facing terrace. Separate, fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC). Separate WC.
On the upper floor there are five further bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (bed dimensions 140 x 200 cm each), a twin bedroom and a further twin bedroom (only suitable for 2 children up to 12 years, beds 80 x 190 cm each). There are also two bathrooms and a separate WC on this floor.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1090 m; top of the ski area 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The gondola lift Flégère is located at approx. 1.9 km - only a few minutes away by ski shuttle or car. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
