Luxury, newly built chalet in the ski area of Alpe d'Huez with wood-burning stove, sauna, jacuzzi-bathtub and free WiFi.
This high-quality equipped ski chalet is located in the traditional mountain village of Villard-Reculas, about 350 m from the slopes and lifts. Villard-Reculas is directly linked to the famous ski area Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine. Departure and return on skis "off-piste" possible depending on snow conditions (no secured pistes; at your own risk).
The modern, stylish furnishings combined with lovely details offer exceptional living comfort on 4 floors. Natural materials, such as wood and stone, provide a warm and pleasant chalet atmosphere. 4-star classification. Enjoy special extras, such as a wine fridge, a balcony bar or a wood-burning pizza oven. All rooms have a private bathroom.

On the ground floor there are two south-facing bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm); access to the sun terrace. Furthermore, there is a room for 4 persons with 2 bunk beds (90 x 200 cm; east side). Each of the rooms has its own bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Relax in the sauna after an eventful day of skiing.
On the first floor is the bright and spacious living area with Scandinavian wood-burning stove and comfortable sofa lounge. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a Marshall Bluetooth sound bar, board games and a small library. The stove has an integrated pizza oven. In addition, you will find a small reading/sleeping alcove with double sofa bed. In the dining area, the large wooden table comfortably seats 14 people. The kitchen is modern and very comprehensively equipped, with wine fridge and bar counter. Separate toilet. Access to the south-facing balcony with stunning panoramic views – enjoy an apéritif at the balcony bar.
The second floor has a bedroom with king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with jacuzzi-bathtub (options chromotherapy, acoustics, hi-fi) and toilet.
On the third floor you will find the entrance area with the ski and bike room. 3 private parking spaces and a charging station for electric vehicles (7 kW) are available free of charge. Grocery service available on request (via external partner).

The Chalet Snow Flake offers a special holiday quality: skiing in the top skiing area – living in the grown, charming mountain village of Villard-Reculas, with a high quality of life. The chalet is situated in a quiet and sunny location above the small village. A few restaurants and bars, a grocery shop, a minimarket, a newspaper shop, a sports shop/rental and the ski school are nearby (~550 m). After skiing, stroll through the narrow streets of this picturesque and authentic village with its church and traditional houses. The village of Alpe d'Huez is about 9 km away. There you will find numerous shops, restaurants, après-ski bars, a cinema, a swimming pool and a wide range of activities.

Altitude chalet 1.540 m. Summit of the slopes at 3.330 m on the glacier of Pic Blanc. 250 km of downhill slopes, 70 lifts. The entrance to the slopes is about 350 m away. The lifts take you right into the heart of the Alpe d'Huez ski area. Various slopes for all levels of skiers, most of the slopes are above 2,000 m. Several great downhill runs from Pic Blanc to the valley, at an altitude difference of 1,500 – almost 2,000 m, e.g., the 16 km long piste "Sarenne". In addition, numerous winter activities are offered, such as snowshoe hikes, cross-country skiing, ski tours or Nordic walking. Sledge run at ~350 m distance.

Summer Info
The chalet has a green space, deck chairs and a Brasero barbecue. In summer, Villard-Reculas is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers. There are numerous hiking trails and routes that take visitors through the spectacular mountain scenery. From gentle walks to challenging mountain tours, there is something for everyone. Further activities are: Mountain biking, cycling, trail running, climbing.
