The Chalets de l'Altiport are ideally located, directly on the slope in the upper part of Alpe d'Huez; part of the chalet park "Chalets de l'Altiport". The shopping centre Bergers with shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, ski hire and ski school is about 500 m away.

Built in the traditional style of natural stone and wood, these high-class chalets offer enough space and comfort for a wonderful holiday. The individual chalets are wood-panelled, with parquet or tiles and all have a large living room with fireplace and sauna in the chalet. Bathrobes are included in the rental price.

There are parking spaces in front of the chalets. The bus stop towards Alpe d'Huez centre and ski lifts is within walking distance at the entrance of the chalet park.
The lively centre of Alpe d'Huez is approx. 1.5 km away. Here you will find numerous shops, boutiques, grocery shops, restaurants, cafés, après-ski bars and clubs. The leisure centre "Palais des Sports et des Congrès" has an indoor swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, mini golf, a cinema, and much more. Numerous wellness and spa facilities in the station. Child care. Alpe d'Huez is also known for its internationally renowned events and festivals. The architecturally interesting church "Notre Dame des Neiges" or the "Grotte des Glaces" at 2700 m with impressive ice sculptures are worth a visit. The free bus also runs until late in the evening (subject to change).

Altitude chalet ~1.850 m, summit of the slopes at 3.330 m on the glacier of Pic Blanc. 250 km of downhill slopes, 70 lifts. A green, easy slope leads directly through the park towards the ski lifts and village centre. Various slopes for all levels of skiers, most of the slopes are above 2.000 m. Several great downhill runs from Pic Blanc to the valley, at an altitude difference of 1.500 – almost 2.000 m, e.g., the 16 km long piste "Sarenne". In addition, numerous winter activities are offered, such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding or ice climbing. There is an ice-skating rink as well as toboggan runs.
