Comfortable, high-quality chalet with sauna and free WiFi in the traditional village centre of Saint Martin. This unique chalet has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It combines the traditional style of the region in natural stone and wood with a modern, elegant interior. The 3-floor chalet features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The heart of the chalet is the spacious living and dining area on the 1st floor. Enjoy cosy evenings in the sofa area with flat-screen TV. Separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6 people. The second floor (with sloping ceilings) has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and sauna. On the basic floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet).
An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the great ski area - living in a grown, cosy mountain village with a high quality of life. You can reach the ski lift and piste on foot (~400 m) or by ski bus, which stops approx. 30 m from the chalet. Restaurants, bars, sports shops, a bakery, a pharmacy, various other shops and the tourist information office are all within the same distance.

Chalet altitude ~1,350 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.

- Free ski pass for arrivals 5.12.2026 + 9.1.2027: buy 4 ski passes for the entire 3 Vallées area and you will get the 5th for free (when buying different ski pass types, the cheapest one is free, no combination with 40 EUR discount, not valid for family ski passes); only for guests of Alpenchalets.
- Family ski passes ("Family Flex") are only valid for a minimum of 3 people, including a maximum of 2 adults (18-74 years) and at least 1 child (5-17 years), same ski area and same duration.

- Orders are possible until 10 days before arrival..
One ski pass booking (total invoice) is possible per accommodation booking.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment of ski passes by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before departure or immediately in case of short-term bookings (no deposit).
Approx. 5 days before arrival you will receive your ski pass coupon to be presented at the lift cash desk via e-mail.
- The order of ski passes can be cancelled or changed free of charge until Tuesday before arrival.
