The typical flair of a rustic mountain village can be enjoyed by ski vacationers who choose the Chalet Gremelle in the old village centre of Saint Martin. Accessible via small rustic alleys, the chalet itself also exudes traditional and original charm, having been lovingly restored by the owner in a manner typical of the region. At the same time, residents can easily reach the lift, piste, shops and restaurants on foot or by ski bus, which stops about 30 m from the chalet.
The apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of the chalet, where the old cross-vaulted ceiling has been preserved, is particularly charming. 2 bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom and an extra WC are spread over 60 m² of living space. This flat also has a washing machine at the residents' disposal.
The two floors above are occupied by the 10-person apartment with 120m² of living space, which consists of 5 bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen and fireplace, 3 bathrooms and 2 extra WCs.
Both apartments are also equipped with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a ski locker. For a larger group of up to 14 people, both flats can be rented together, i.e. the entire house. However, the two flats are only connected via the outside staircase of the house.
Note: noise + loud music not allowed after 10 pm.
