High quality and modern chalet, ideally located approx. 50 m from the entrance to the ski area. The chalet is spread over 4 floors and tastefully furnished. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The chalet not only has an elevator but also a sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi.
In the center of the charming mountain village Saint Martin de Belleville you will find various stores, a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, bars, and much more. (~ 700 m).

Chalet altitude ~1,450 m; of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.
