High-end luxury chalet with outdoor jacuzzi, open fireplace and free WiFi. Four of the five bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The chalet was furnished with modern and high-quality materials and offers a lot of space with approx. 200 m². A highlight is certainly the high open ceiling with visible beams in the living room and the fireplace glazed on three sides. Integrated music system. In addition to the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen, there is a second living room with TV.
The five bedrooms are located on the lower floor. Access to the large terrace where the jacuzzi (for up to 7 people) is located.
The ground floor, apart from the ski room, consists entirely of the spacious living/dining area with amazing view on the mountains.
On the upper floor there is a second living room.
Please note: The maximum number of persons allowed is 10, although the sleeping capacity is higher.
The chalet is ideally located approx. 250 m from the ski lift and the slope. From here you can start directly into the entire Trois Vallées skiing area, then again you live 'privileged' in the cosy village, with a traditional village centre around the church and its narrow streets, with inviting après-ski pubs and restaurants. In the centre there are also numerous shops, sports shops/ski rental and a supermarket (~250 m).

Chalet altitude ~1,400 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.
