Residence with 3 buildings, housing 12 appartments each, part of the chalet park "Le Hameau des Marmottes" in Preyerand - Les Menuires. Situated on the piste, depending on the exact situation of the chalet 1-3 minutes on foot. Access to the complete ski area 3 Valleys. Skiing from and back to to the chalet possible. The appartements are luxurious and comfortably furnished. They have three bedrooms and a double sofa-bed as well as two bathrooms of which one is an en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms.
The centre of Les Menuires can easily be reached with the Preyerand lift, that is also working in the evening. Next shopping possibilities at ~400-500 m, next restaurant at ~300-600 m. skibus free of charge.

Chalet altitude ~1.800 m; top of the ski slopes 3.230 m with glaciers; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens, distance approx. 10 min by car) possible. There are several ski schools in Les Menuires.
