You benefit from the ideal location for skiing as the blue slope "Les Almes" passes at about 50 m from the chalet. The Chaudannes and Pâquis chairlifts are 400 m away. Tignes Le Lac is ideally connected to the entire Tignes-Val'Isère ski area.
This exceptional 4-storey chalet perfectly combines the charm of a typical mountain chalet with high quality fittings and superior comfort.
Ground floor: one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. After a great day of skiing, relax in the relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna and shower. Separate toilet.
First floor: 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Second floor: 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Third floor: Living/dining room with large panoramic windows; access to the balcony-terrace (south/ and west facing). The living room offers sofas around the fireplace. Flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped; with a pantry. The dining room has a large table to comfortably seat 18 people. Separate toilet.

The chalet has a covered garage with 2 free spaces. It is a semi-detached chalet; on the left side in the first picture.
The center of Tignes-Le Lac is about 400 m away. There are several shops, supermarkets, ski shops, ski schools and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude 2,100 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m at the Grande Motte glacier; 300 km of alpine slopes, 96 ski lifts. From Tignes-Les Brevières you start via the 8-seater cable car "Les Brevières" to discover the entire area. On spot, you also find the free ski lift "Pitots" for beginners. A highlight in this sector is the great ski run of Vallon de la Sache – one of the most spectacular slopes in the Espace Killy. For beginners there is the ski lift "Pitots" in the village, free of charge. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
