Les Crosets is a little holiday village and ski resort in the municipality of Val-d'Illiez. Situated at an average altitude of 1,668 metres above sea level, it lies on the sunny slope between Champéry and Morgins, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. To the east lies the Pointe des Mossettes (approx. 2,276 metres above sea level) on the ridge that separates the watersheds of the Vièze and the Dranse de Morzine on the French-Swiss border. It is the highest point in Portes du Soleil. It is easily accessible via the lifts and offers a unique panoramic view of the entire ski area. Beyond that is the infamous Swiss Wall (Chavanette) in the area. It is one of the top 10 hardest ski slopes in the world. The Chavanette offers experienced skiers an almost 1 km long slope with an impressive 37° incline.

Winter
In winter, Les Crosets offers all the usual winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing). One highlight is the snow park, where freestylers, professionals and advanced skiers meet, though the beginner-friendly areas are also ideal for children.
Summer
In summer, the snow park is also open to (mountain) bikers. Les Crosets is also ideal for hiking or fishing at Lake “Lac Vert” in summer. There is also the ‘Relais Panoramique’ animal park and petting zoo, which is particularly attractive for younger visitors. There you can see llamas, alpacas, goats, donkeys and even kangaroos. Some local restaurants are also available, even on the ski slopes themselves.
