New luxury chalet with stove, sauna, jacuzzi and free WiFi. The harmonious combination of modern elements and wood creates a very cosy and warm atmosphere.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds 80 x 200 cm each (can be joined to form a double bed); one also has a desk and TV. Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: There is the main entrance to the chalet. On this floor you find the bright living room with stove (pellets, viewing glass), sofas and beanbags as well as Smart TV. The large table in the dining area seats 12 people comfortably. The open-plan kitchen is very well-equipped. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC. On the terrace you will find a sauna cabin for 4 people and the outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people. South-facing balcony.
There are three bedrooms on the 3rd floor: two bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), one of which has a balcony and TV. They share a bathroom with shower and double washbasin. Separate WC. There is a further bedroom with two single beds 80 x 200 cm (can be joined to form a double bed) and a bunk bed 90 x 200 cm. En-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. All beds are 2 metres long. Outdoor ski locker; electric ski boot dryer in the entrance hall. Free private parking for 2 cars at the chalet; free public parking approx. 50 m away. A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal (EUR 50 per week).
Privileged location in the centre of the traditional village of Peisey, close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, and butcher (~100 to ~300 m from the chalet). An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the mega ski area - living in a grown, cosy mountain village, with a correspondingly high quality of life.

Ski info
Altitude chalet: 1.350 m, top of the ski area at 3.250 m with two glaciers: Aiguille Rouge in the Les Arcs area and Bellecôte in the sector of La Plagne. 140 ski lifts. The Lonzagne lift, ~ 450 m from the chalet, leads into the heart of the ski resort of Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski and offers access to 425 km of ski runs. Peisey-Vallandry is situated right in the heart of this vast area which is composed by Peisey, Les Arcs and La Plagne. So, it's the best place to discover this major ski spot of the Alps. You find great free ride descents at the Grand Col, around Arc 2000 and at the legendary Bellecôte North face (with a ski guide; no marked or prepared runs; use at own risk), but also various easy and long family rides around Peisey and Arcs 1800 as well as specially equipped sectors for children. The ski school ESF is located just a few steps from the top station of the Lonzagne-lift in Plan-Peisey. Sports shops with ski rental. The Nordic ski centre is located at Nancroix; you get there by the free shuttle bus.
