Great new Luxury chalet in the traditional mountain village of Nancroix, ski area of Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski. This light-flooded chalet has an outdoor sauna cabin, a fireplace and free WiFi. Its elegant, stylish interior design effects a modern and charming holiday home. The Peisey-Vallandry - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area is easily accessible with the free ski bus, the bus stop is about 50 metres away.

The entrance area of the chalet with ski lockers is located on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and WC. After a great day's skiing, the outdoor sauna invites you to relax.

On the 1st floor you will find the living room, the dining area and the modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Access to the terrace with marvellous views. The large dining table comfortably seats 12 people. The central cooking island with seating for three is ideal for having an aperitif. The fireplace with sofa area creates a cosy atmosphere. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Separate WC.

On the upper floor there are two interconnecting bedrooms - ideal for families: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). These two rooms are connected and share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. There is also an area with a TV and two sofa beds (90 x 200 cm).

The chalet has a garage for one car. There are two private parking spaces in front of the chalet. There is a free public car park about 150 metres away.

Exclusive holiday: skiing in a unique ski area - living in a traditional mountain village with a high quality of life. You can stroll through the narrow streets of the picturesque village of Nancroix; there are two restaurants. The cross-country skiing centre is 1.3 km away. Peisey-Village is 2.5 km away and offers restaurants, bars, a grocery shop, a bakery and a butcher's shop. Other shops and bars can be found in the ski resorts of Plan Peisey and Vallandry, right next to the slopes and lifts.

Altitude chalet 1,500 m. Top of the ski area at 3,250 m, with the two glaciers Bellecôte and Aiguille Rouge. The access to the heart of the Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area with its 425 km of pistes is via the Lonzagne lift of Peisey-Village (approx. 3.5 km) or in Vallandry / Plan Peisey, the intersection of numerous pistes and lifts, in approx. 4 km. Freeride descent "Le Carroz Blanc" and the legendary Freeride run of "Bellecôte North face", with starts at 3,000 m altitude and ends near the chalet (ski instructor/mountain guide recommended; no piste; not groomed; use at own risk), ). The completely interconnected ski area comprises 175 lifts. This puts it in the first rank of the world's most attractive and extensive ski arenas. Skiing from around the beginning of December to the end of April. Peisey-Vallandry is also the starting point for the spectacular Vanoise Express cable car that spans the valley. This connects the ski area of Peisey/Les Arcs with La Plagne. Peisey-Vallandry is situated right in the heart of this vast area. So it's the best place to discover this major ski spot of the Alps. You find great freeride descents at the Grand Col and around Arc 2000, but also various easy and long family rides around Peisey and Arcs 1800 as well as specially equipped sectors for children. Ski school ESF, sports shops with ski rental. The cross-country skiing centre of the valley with around 40 km of trails is located in approx. 500m distance.
