New luxury chalet in Champagny, that is part of the top ski resort La Plagne - Paradiski, approx. 350 m away from the gondola lift and the slopes. The chalet has a wood-burning stove with window, free WiFi and a spacious spa area with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and loungers. This unique chalet is located near the village centre with restaurants, bars, grocery, cheese factory and bakery, all about 150 to 300 meters away. Enjoy the high standard of living of this exclusive chalet, which is furnished with great attention to detail.

On the ground floor there is a double room with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) including a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a bedroom for 4 people with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and a bunk bed of 90 x 200 cm; TV and bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. On this level there is also the large spa area: After skiing, you can relax in the private sauna, which can accommodate 6 people, in the steam bath or in the soft-tub whirlpool. There are also loungers available.

1st floor: The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with two large refrigerators including a freezer compartment. The light flooded, spacious living room with its large lounge area provides a cozy chalet atmosphere by the fire. On the same floor is the friendly dining area with a large table that can comfortably seat 14 people. Separate toilet. In addition, on this level there is another double room with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each); This bedroom and its en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) is wheelchair accessible and suitable. The main entrance of the chalet is located on this level and is accessible via a ramp. Handicapped parking opposite and free of charge.

2nd floor: There are three more double bedrooms, 2 with double bed (each 180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds 90 x 200 cm. All rooms have their own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There are 4 covered private parking spaces at the chalet. The ski room has electric ski boot dryers. There is a table for 14 persons and deckchairs on the terrace.

Ski Information
Chalet Altitude: 1,250 m. Top of the ski slopes 3,250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the enormous Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs through modern express-chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the ski area with La Plagne (Plagne centre) via the Verdons peak. Distance to the cable car and the ski area approx. 350 m by foot or approx. 600 m by car. The ski run to the valley is artificially snowed. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the Roche de Mio summit to the village with more than 1,500 m of vertical drop. Various freeride runs at the Verdons peak (on your own risk). Children ski lift (free of charge) and ski school area at the arrival of the cable car (2,000 m above sea level). Next to the mountain station is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace.

Summer Information
In summer, an outdoor barbecue, parasol and other deckchairs are also available on the terrace.
The area is also a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and other alpine sports enthusiasts: mountaineering, climbing, rafting, paragliding, hiking, mountain biking, racing biking, discovering the baroque chapels, but also horse riding and via ferrata provide a large variety of activities in summer.
