Beautiful and luxurious Spa-Chalet, furnished in the typical Savoyard style with open fireplace, sauna, steam bath and free WiFi. On the ground floor, this magnificent chalet has a light-flooded living area with dining table. Modern and fully equipped kitchen. Cosy lounge next to the open fire place. The living area also has a sleeper-cab with French bed that can be used as an alternative sleeping facility.
The souterrain has another common room with billiard table and TV. Great Spa area with sauna, steam bath and deck chairs. Here is also a bathroom and WC.
The first floor offers two bedrooms with one double bed each and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom/WC.
The top floor has a spacious bedroom for 4 (2 single beds, one sofa bed for 2 persons and 1 mattress, as well as a bathroom (with bathtub) and a WC. Please note: The maximum number of persons allowed is 10, although the sleeping capacity is higher.
Situated in Champagny le Haut, a very calm hamlet, in the mid of a picturesque landscape: the Vanoise National Parc is just nearby. The next restaurant is situated only ~250 m away; the center of Champagny (with shops, après-ski bars) and the cable car and slope ~5 km. Only ~350 m to the cross country ski tracks and toboggan run.

Ski Information
Chalet altitude: 1.500 m. Top of the ski slopes 3.250 m with glacier. Champagny is part of the enormous Paradiski area (La Plagne and Les Arcs) with 425 km of alpine slopes, 157 lifts and is connected to the Bellecôte Glacier and Les Arcs through modern express-chairlifts. Furthermore, two ski lifts connect the ski area with La Plagne (Plagne Centre) via the Verdons peak. The ski run to the valley is artificially snowed. Definitely a highlight is the 10 km long ski run from the glacier “Roche de Mio” to the village with more than 1.500 m of vertical drop. Various Freeride descents at the Verdons peak. Children ski lift, free of charge, and ski school area at the mountain station of the cable car (at 2000 m above sea level). Next to the mountain station is the modern Pic-Nic-Chalet with sun terrace. The free bus shuttle will take you to the slopes (bus stop ~250 m from the chalet). You also can discover the ski slopes of the famous ski resort of Courchevel - Three Valleys; the next entry point to this ski area is at about 20 min by car from Champagny.

Summer activities
There is a wide range of sports activities to experience during the summer in Champagny including cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf, as well as horse riding or fishing. In high summer your children will enjoy a visit to the adventure course and the open air pool. Highlight of your holiday will be the Vanoise National Park with nearly 500 km marked hiking trails. Different walks with alpine flora and fauna are offered.
Reduced additional costs in summer: 7 € per person/week (from 5 years) for electricity + heating.
