Chalet Kronplatz

Newly built exclusive Ski in - Ski out luxury chalet with open fireplace, Finnish sauna 4-6 pers., steam bath 4-6 pers. and free WiFi. The chalet is located on the mountain, in the middle of the great skiing area Kronplatz (up to 2.275 m), only about 50 meters away from the 'Alpen' ski slope. As part of Dolomiti Superski you can also explore the world-famous Sella Ronda. During the construction of the holiday home, particular attention was paid to sustainability; it is certified as an energy-efficient building. High-quality materials were used, such as oak in the spacious, light-flooded living room and in the bedrooms, as well as old wood in the spa area.

On the ground floor there is a double room (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) with private shower and toilet. From the well-equipped kitchen, there is direct access to the panoramic terrace. The living room, open to the kitchen, offers plenty of space for the large table and a cosy TV/fireplace area.
On the upper floor there is another double room (180 x 200 cm, separate mattresses) and two rooms with a queen size bed each (140 x 200 cm). There is also a TV area on this floor with a sofa and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the base level, there is the ski changing room and washroom, a separate toilet and the spacious wellness area with fireplace, loungers, waterbed, bathtub, sauna with window and steam bath. Bathrobes included.

You can park your car on the private parking lots directly at the house, as well as in a garage with space for 2 cars. The chalet is easily accessible via a paved road in summer and winter (winter equipment) and is surrounded by meadows and woods. There is a restaurant with South Tyrolean specialities nearby (lunch only) and a small hotel about 100 m away, where you can also have breakfast and dinner (on request). The distance to Olang is about 7 km; there are different restaurants, shops, delicatessen and a great butcher's shop. There are also après-ski, bank, post office, ski rental, ski school and a small open-air ice skating rink. The centre of the Pustertal Valley, the small town of Bruneck, is about 15 km away.
Catering service can be booked in addition (external service; no Alpenchalets service; on request and by prior arrangement).

Chalet Kronplatz is situated in the middle of the skiing area of the same name. This ski paradise offers pistes for every taste, from gentle ski meadows to wonderful long panoramic stretches and challenging forest descents. The villages of Olang, Reischach/Bruneck, Percha, Sankt Vigil and Piculin are connected to the perfect network of lifts and pistes in Kronplatz. Plan de Corones is part of the Dolomiti Superski network with a total of 1,200 km of pistes. The fascinating area of Alta Badia - Sella Ronda, the famous ski carousel over four Dolomite passes around the Sella massif, can be reached by ski bus between Piculin (Kronplatz area) and Sompunt (Alta Badia). In Olang. ~4 km cross-country ski run, further possibilities in Antholz.

Deckchairs and outside grill available. Also in spring, summer and autumn the region around the Kronzplatz is a very attractive holiday area in the middle of the Dolomites. The chalet is an ideal starting point for panoramic hikes and mountain bike tours. Also, the Messner Mountain Museum in Bruneck or on the Kronplatz summit and the photo museum "Lumen" are worth a visit. For variety there are also excursions to the Val Badia, Val di Fassa or Cortina d'Ampezzo. Olang and Bruneck also offer a rich selection of walking paths in quiet meadows, animal parks and small mountain lakes, centuries-old culture and traditions, as well as excellent gastronomy. Here, Tyrolean and Italian influences combine to create an ever surprising variety.
