Modern comfortable chalet with fireplace and free WiFi in the Les Tines district, ~4.5 km from the centre of Chamonix. Ski area: ~2,2km
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom (double washbasin + bathtub + shower) shared by the two bedrooms. Separate WC. There is a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom (washbasin + shower + WC). A lounge with sofa and TV is also located on the floor.
On the upper floor is the very spacious living room with a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa by the fireplace. A separate WC is also located on this level.
On the top floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (washbasin + shower + WC). Also on this floor is the master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), sitting area, desk area, TV, dressing room and en-suite bathroom (bath + shower + washbasin + WC). This room has a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. All single beds measure 80 x 190 cm.
The chalet has a terrace with garden furniture and a large garden.
The Mont Blanc train (small tourist train) goes by the chalet.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~ 1090 m; top of the lifts 3.842 m – Aiguille du Midi; 152 km ski slopes, 47 ski lifts. The gondola lift Flégère is located at approx. 2.2 km - only a few minutes away by ski shuttle or car. The area Brévent/Flégère (Chamonix) is part of the ski area Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, which consists of 9 ski resorts. Good connections between the ski resorts by bus or train. Over 50 kilometres of prepared cross-country skiing trails available. Ski school in ~ 4.3 km. The "Vallee Blanche" is a world-famous, breathtaking ski run through a landscape of glaciers (2800 meter of vertical drop, length 20 km; but not marked and a guide is essential). Lifts are open from approx. end of November until first week of May in the valley's highest ski area of Argentière - Grands Montets. There are spectacular freeride routes but also comfortable ski slopes for the whole family, e.g. in Les Houches or Le Tour.
