Unique "urban villa" in the old centre of Saint Martin with high ceilings and parquet flooring in the corridors and bedrooms. The house was completely rebuilt in summer 2005. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. On the ground floor there is a professional kitchen, living room with wood panelling on the walls and separate dining-room, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. All the other rooms and bathrooms are situated on the two upper floors. A private sauna (included in the price) with a small relaxation room in the basement of the house invites you to relax after a long ski day (entrance from the outside).
