This comfortable chalet is composed of three apartments, one of which is the rental object. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with high-quality furnitures and has a spacious living-room with partly wood plank walls. The guests of this apartment have exclusive access to the spa-area with sauna and rest-room (included in the price), located in the building. The cosy seating furniture around the fireplace and the sun-balcony with fantastic view invite you to relax after a long skiing day.
You can easily use the free ski-shuttlebus that starts in about 300 m away from the chalet, to reach Saint Martin, which is about 1.1 km away, where the nearest lift station, shops, restaurants, bars and official valley slope are located. An unofficial and relatively easy piste, which is even partly marked, also leads directly into the small idyllic mountain village above Saint Martin. From Saint-Marcel, a winter footpath leads slightly downwards to Saint-Martin, which can also be used with skis, depending on the conditions (no marked or groomed slope; at your own risk).
Incidentally a high-end restaurant is also located directly in Saint Marcel. The "La Bouitte" has already been awarded with 2 Michelin stars and is therefore considered to be an insider's tip among gourmets.

- Free ski pass for arrivals 06.12.2025, 3.1., 10.1. + 21.3.2026: buy 4 ski passes for the entire 3 Vallées area and you will get the 5th for free (when buying different ski pass types, the cheapest one is free, no combination with 40 EUR discount, not valid for family ski passes); only for guests of Alpenchalets.
- Family ski passes ("Family Flex") are only valid for a minimum of 3 people, including a maximum of 2 adults (18-74 years) and at least 1 child (5-17 years), same ski area and same duration.

- One ski pass booking (total invoice) is possible per accommodation booking.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment of ski passes by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before departure or immediately in case of short-term bookings (no deposit).
Approx. 1 week before arrival you will receive your ski pass coupon to be presented at the lift cash desk via e-mail.
- The order of ski passes can be cancelled or changed free of charge until Tuesday before arrival.
