Charming and well-equipped chalet located in the top ski area of Les Trois Vallées, with open fireplace and free WiFi. This traditional chalet, with its Alpine charm and character, has 4 bright bedrooms. Enjoy fabulous panoramic views of the valley and mountains from the living room.
You will find a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) on the lower floor. Also, one bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with bunk bed. One bathroom with bathtub is located on this floor. Separate WC.
A few steps lead up towards to a double bedroom with vanity sink.
The 1st floor features the dining and living area with a large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Cosy dining corner. Enjoy pleasant evenings in the sofa area with TV in front of the crackling open fire. Access to the balcony with garden furniture. Separate WC. From the living area, a staircase leads to a mezzanine with a TV area.
On the entrance level, you'll find a boot room with boot dryers.
Approximately 350 m from the chalet is the nearest ski lift, which takes you to the upper part of the village in just a few minutes. From here you have access to the main ‘St Martin 1’ cable car, the ski pass office, ski hire shops and the ski school meeting point. Moreover, you benefit from living in a lovely village, with its picturesque traditional centre around the church and its narrow streets, with friendly pubs and restaurants, numerous shops, sports shops/ski rental, a bakery and a supermarket (~350 m).

Chalet altitude ~1,400 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.

- Free ski pass for arrivals 5.12.2026 + 9.1.2027: buy 4 ski passes for the entire 3 Vallées area and you will get the 5th for free (when buying different ski pass types, the cheapest one is free, no combination with 40 EUR discount, not valid for family ski passes); only for guests of Alpenchalets.
- Family ski passes ("Family Flex") are only valid for a minimum of 3 people, including a maximum of 2 adults (18-74 years) and at least 1 child (5-17 years), same ski area and same duration.

One ski pass booking (total invoice) is possible per accommodation booking.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment of ski passes by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before departure or immediately in case of short-term bookings (no deposit).
Approx. 5 days before arrival you will receive your ski pass coupon to be presented at the lift cash desk via e-mail.
- The order of ski passes can be cancelled or changed free of charge until Tuesday before arrival.
