This luxurious chalet has a Nordic outdoor hot tub, a steam bath, a fireplace and free WiFi. Chalet Chardon offers 190 m² of space for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms (single beds can be pushed together for form king size beds), each with its en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the steam bath and the sports area (room equipped with yoga mats) with a shower. Here you will also find the garage and the ski room with ski boot dryer.
The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (can be pushed together) and its own bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there is a TV room where you can enjoy some quiet time, play games or watch a film. Here you will find the other two bedrooms with two single beds (can be pushed together) and their own bathroom. A separate WC completes this floor.
On the 3rd floor are the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen, the dining area and the spacious living room with masonry fire place. The large windows open onto the terrace, where you can relax in the Nordic outdoor hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains. There is another entrance to the chalet here.
For your comfort during your stay, there is also a garage for 2 cars and a Sonos audio system. It is a double chalet; on the left in the first picture.
The chalet is ideally located about 200 metres from the Village ski lift and the ski slope away. From here you can ski directly to the entire Trois Vallées ski area and at the same time live in a cosy village. The lovely village centre of Saint-Martin, with its picturesque traditional centre around the church and its narrow streets, with friendly pubs and restaurants, numerous shops, sports shops/ski rental, a bakery and a supermarket is approx. 350 m away.

Ski Info
Chalet altitude ~1,390 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.
