Newly renovated luxury chalet apartment in ski-in ski-out location in the great ski resort of Trois Vallées, just a few meters from the cable car and the slopes in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. The stylish and very tastefully decorated apartment on 2 floors has a Swedish stove and free WiFi. The alpine-modern and high-quality furnishings immediately provide an exclusive well-being atmosphere.
The heart is the bright living / dining area with cosy sofa lounge and fireplace on the ground floor. TV, DVDs, and board games are there for the entertainment. Access to the private sun terrace with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a bedroom with 2 single loft beds on this floor. Separate toilet.
The 1st floor has two more bedrooms, each with access to the balcony: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 zip and link beds. Another bathroom is on this floor.
The apartment is in a large chalet together with two other apartments. Apartment Bernardie includes a private ski locker and electric ski boot dryers. A private parking space in the garage is available free of charge. A washing machine is available for common use.
The chalet is situated in the outskirts of the ski village Saint Martin de Belleville with a beautiful panoramic view. From here you can start directly into the entire Trois Vallées skiing area. The cosy village with the traditional village centre around the church and its close lanes offers a wide range of shops, a supermarket, Après-ski pubs and restaurants (~ 10 minutes' walk). A ski and sports rental, the ski school, a small supermarket are located only a few meters away from the chalet. Other restaurants and bars in ~100 m.

Chalet altitude ~1,450 m; top of the ski slopes 3,230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; several ski lifts at 3,000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Les 3 Vallées is the largest ski area in the world. Access to the whole area by the cable car of Saint-Martin. The slope to Saint Martin de Belleville is a blue, groomed slope and therefore also suitable for inexperienced skiers. There are several ski schools in the village. Skiing from approx. end of November until beginning of May (area Val Thorens) possible.
