New, comfortable chalet-apartment with free Wi-Fi, furnished in typical chalet style with a cosy and authentic atmosphere. It is ideally located about 300 metres from the ski slope that connects Les Ménuires to the Bettaix 4-seater chairlift, offering direct access to the Les Ménuires and Les Trois Vallées ski areas. The chalet-apartment is located in the upper part of the chalet. In the lower part of the chalet – ground floor and 1st floor – there is a separate living area which is not available to tenants. Ski area: ~300m
The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which has a balcony. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The cosy living room is furnished with sofas and a flat-screen TV. The dining room has a large table for 8 people. There is also a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on this floor.

Furthermore, the chalet disposes of a ski locker, an electric ski boot dryer and private parking for 3 cars.
Distance to the centre of Les Ménuires (shopping malls, restaurants, supermarket, bars, cafés, leisure-centre with swimming pool, ski school, childcare) either on ski, by ski bus (free) or by car in approx. two min. or ~1 km. Also within walking distance: restaurant at 800 m, ski and rental shop at 500 m.

Chalet altitude ~1.750 m; top of the ski slopes 3.230 m; 600 km of alpine slopes, 172 ski lifts; the slope leading down to the chair lift of Bettaix passes the chalet (~300 m) and is prepared with snow guns. This fast 4-seater-chairlift takes you straight into the heart of the largest linked ski domain in the world. From its top, you can ski down to Les Ménuires Centre on an easy slope to the meeting points of several ski schools. Thanks to this ski link, Le Bettaix is the perfect place to discover the slopes of Méribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens, too. Several ski lifts at 3.000 m, like at the glacier Peclet-Polset or the famous Cime de Caron. Ski season from approx. end of November until early May – in the sector of Val Thorens, just about 10 min by car.

- Free ski pass for arrivals 06.12.2025, 3.1., 10.1. + 21.3.2026: buy 4 ski passes for the entire 3 Vallées area and you will get the 5th for free (when buying different ski pass types, the cheapest one is free, no combination with 40 EUR discount, not valid for family ski passes); only for guests of Alpenchalets.
- Family ski passes ("Family Flex") are only valid for a minimum of 3 people, including a maximum of 2 adults (18-74 years) and at least 1 child (5-17 years), same ski area and same duration.

- One ski pass booking (total invoice) is possible per accommodation booking.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
Payment of ski passes by bank transfer up to 2 weeks before departure or immediately in case of short-term bookings (no deposit).
Approx. 1 week before arrival you will receive your ski pass coupon to be presented at the lift cash desk via e-mail.
- The order of ski passes can be cancelled or changed free of charge until Tuesday before arrival.
