Comfortable flats for 4 to 6 people, located in the heart of the ski area. The Edenarc residence comprises three buildings with a total of around 130 flats. The flats are equipped in a different but modern style, with views of the surrounding mountains. All flats have free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath in the building. There are also ski lockers, a lift to all floors, parking, bicycle rental and luggage assistance on Saturdays with trolleys.

The centre of Les Arcs 1800, with many restaurants, bars and discos, as well as the pedestrian zone with a wide range of shops and boutiques, is ~700 m away via a footpath, or ~1.5 km via car. The connecting cable car "Dahu" for pedestrians also leads comfortably to the centre (access in ~150 m).
