The luxury residence of Les Balcons de Belle Plagne is to be found in the direct vicinity of the ski runs themselves, at an altitude of 2050 m on the edge of Belle Plagne. The range of available apartments reaches from 4-person apartments with an area of 37 m², right up to 14-person apartments with an area of 150 m². In order to offer that extra little touch of luxury, each of the apartments is equipped with its own jacuzzi bathtub, complete with integrated massage-jets, and some apartments also boast a wood stove (wood is included in the price). As standard, guests can expect to find satellite TV, a balcony, direct-dial phone, bed linen, hand towels and a ski cupboard. Wireless internet access is also available in the reception area.

A range of additional services offered at Les Balcons de Belle Plagne make for an even more comfortable stay. This includes a secure luggage storage service, allowing guests to leave their bags at reception before checking in on arrival day/after checking out on departure day and leaving them free to enjoy the ski slopes. Families with children in tow can save themselves having to transport bulky equipment such as high chairs and travel cots by simply loaning them from reception. It is, however, necessary to bring a small mattress and sheets for the travel cots.

One of the highlights for guests will undoubtably prove to be the "wellness" area in the neighbouring Hôtel Les Balcons Village. This covers an area of 430 m² and includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness studio and spa, where a range of bookable massages and beauty treatments are offered. Guests can also make use of a further range of bookable services. This includes the possibility to book, for the appropriate charge, final cleaning for the entire apartment (apart from the kitchen), or indeed daily cleaning can be carried out. On top of this, various hotel-style services can also be booked, including freshly made-up beds, a set of cleaning products or a mid-stay change of hand towels.

Anyone wishing to enjoy some food can turn to the in-house restaurant "Chalet de Maître Kanter", with its attached bar. This restaurant tempts guests both with Savoyard specialities and with international cuisine. There are also several discount offers available for those who wish to use the restaurant for multiple evening meals, or for half-board catering. However, should guests prefer to self-cater, the nearest supermarket is just 600 m away, and fresh baguettes can even be purchased within the building.
